Film Festival and Art Show Saturday April 21st, 2007 297 College drive, Haliburton Ontario

The Reel Paddling Film Festival is FREE at Fleming College’s Haliburton Campus in conjunction with the Spring Art Show and Sale. Students and alumni from the campus’s Glassblowing, Jewellery, Artist Blacksmith, Ceramics, Textiles, Photography, Sculpture, and Painting + Drawing programs will be displaying and selling spectacular works of art. The world’s best paddling films will be shown throughout the day on the big screen in three separate rooms. Visitors receive a free subscription to Canoe Roots, Adventure Kayak, or Rapid magazine. Also: Tour one of the Strawbale houses built by the Sustainable Building Design and Construction students, or talk tripping with Ecotourism & Adventure Tourism Program alumni and staff. This event is sponsored by the Wilderness Medical Associates and Fleming College.
