August 23-26 Last of the Great White Pines

Location: Minden Hills Museum
Last of the Great White Pines is an original one act play set at the Haliburton County Fair in 1883. French Canadian loggers battle English Canadian farmers over the love of the daughter of the reeve. The play is narrated by a contemporary folk singer and also features fiddle music, dancing and original songs. The play is well suited to our outdoor theatre. Venue tickets will be available early August by calling the museum at 705 286 3154.
