What an amazing sping day in the Haliburton Highlands. The sun is out drying up the remainder of the snow from the long, snowy winter. Places where the snow was dumped when it was plowed are the only remaining signs of the hard winter and they are quickly disappearing. The ice on the lake has turned to an almost black colour … which signifies that it is very, very thin and will soon be gone. The temperatures are to be sunny and in the 20s for the next few days … so, ice will likely be gone very quickly. It will then be time to put in the docks and get out the boats. A great time to come and relax … come see us at Willow Beach Cottages www.willowbeach.com
